Shipping and tracking
Currently we offer only one shipping option, which is the most cost and speed efficient. The carrier who delivers your order is fully dependent on the country you live in. However, we will always pick the most reliable and fastest local carrier suitable for you. Past experiences have learned, the cheapest shipping methods can be slow and unreliable. Therefor we decided to ship all orders (despite the amount) with an expedited service.
All orders receive a unique tracking number. These will track all the way from our warehouse to your delivery address. Depending on your location, we generally charge a shipping fee of around $4.50. We only charge this fee for orders below $30, if your order amount is above $30, shipping is completely free of charge.
Shipping time differs from location to location and depends mostly on distance, local carriers and possible customs checks. The average shipping time is based on previous deliveries. We want to emphasize this number is an average, shipping may take shorter or longer depending on the factors above. Unfortunately, we cannot give you the exact shipping time but the included tracking number should give you a better idea

These numbers represent the average duration per location, shipping time may differ from the number in the table.*please expect 3-7 business days processing time.
We ship worldwide, if your country is not listed in the table, it does not mean we will not ship to your location. If you can select your country on our checkout page, it means we do ship to the selected location.
Unfulfilled – your order has been accepted and is currently being processed.
Fulfilled – your order was shipped successfully and is on its way.
Partially fulfilled – part of your order was shipped while the other part is still being processed.

We provide a tracking number, for every order as soon as they are available. You will receive a notification by email after it has been added to your account.
The email includes a link to our website where you will find your tracking number. Copy the number and click on it, a new window will then appear. Simply paste in your tracking number and track it!

Lost the tracking email? No problem! Visit our website and follow these steps:
- Login to your account
- Click on your order number e.g. #1234
- Copy the number without the hashtag (#) symbol.
- Click on the tracking and a new window appears.
- Paste the number and track your order!
Tracking not found
It can take up to five days after fulfillment of your order, before tracking information starts showing up. If no information appeared after five days, please contact us.Tracking says “Delivered”, but my package did not arrive, what can I do?
- Check the delivery address you used, does it match?
- Check with your neighbours, chances are the postman delivered it to your neighbours!
- Check at your local post office, some packages get stranded there. Simply give them a call and ask for your package by telling them your tracking number.
